You can't depend on your friends all the time. Yes, we can help you out when you're in a dilemma, but please remember, whatever choice you made, the one that have to go through it is you.
For me it's almost the same thing like the scholarship offer you got previously. If you're keen on becoming a Singaporean, then it shouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, my advice is to reject it...

The last option is optional I guess.. they just simply add on to see how ppl react.. u can go negotiate with them in a appropriate manner.. well if they really want u they will sponsor u no matter u r singaporean anot.. just mention u will work for them..
