Long time no blog!!

It has been a long time that I didn't do anything to my blog.

Because recently really busy with my test , my work...Well, it was not easy in my test and I really clumsy and did a few stupid mistakes. Hence, I don't know whether I can get a better results : that's what I expect!! But, see how it turns out next time when I receive my results slip.

Surprisingly, time passes so fast and I didn't know that now already end of October.Final exam is around the corner and I still have doubt in computing--> the worst subject for me...the others still ok...Sound-->clumsy mistakes makes me have a bad grade and it had been proved in test!!
Chemistry-->My strong point...Physics--> still ok....Mathematics-->depends on luck..
Can't comment too much on effective communications-->it is too subjective!!
And not least Econs-->still alive even though I study so hard to get 16 out of 20!!

NTU's ranking drop!!
I not surprised at all...This is not a standard measurement to rank a university at all...There is no such standard thing but we refer to what it had been published.
77...still not bad, but compared to last year, it dropped significantly.
Compared to others unis in Malaysia, unis in Malaysia has been drop, drop and drop in this few years and making the government has no choice and no ideas about what happen to the unis in the country...

Well, think about it and sure can use your idea to help them!
Hahaha..

Lastly: I want to cope my computing!!!I don't have clue at all...hopefully what had been told by willie will give me any inspirations.....

Professor Yang Chen Ning....Honorary Doctorate by NTU

Today, is the day for this man....one of the wise man in last and this century, to be given a name of Honorary Doctorate from NTU....

For those who do not have any idea about him, he was the Nobel Laurette in Physics 1957...Long time ago, haha...that's the year when Malaysia was born....

Ok....I admit that I also not really understand what he contributed but at least I knew that, he was a Nobel Laurette...hahaha...

Today, I am the usher in the event and for the 1st time , I saw the great ceremony being held in the Nanyang Auditorium!!!! Dean Of Student matched onto the stage with style and carrying the cokmar what we called in malay....

And then, I also witness the ceremony of the honorary doctorate where Prof CN Yang was crowned as that post...

I also 1st time listen to the national anthem of Singapore...Nice....Anyway, I can't compare it to Malaysia's national anthem....

And then, I also eat the greatest hi-tea in my life....for free...of course, I was working there just now....standing over 2 hours for ushering...
haha

I think that's all for this time...

Events...Non-stop!!! But, meaningful!!

Ok...Firstly, start with my job scope as logistic cum technical support crew. That's during AMCISA MAF and I as the technician from Chinese Society, was needed to settle the PA system...Haiks...this was captured during the free time while waiting for the people coming back from the games session...


What we were doing there was the laboratory session..We studied the moment of inertia of the whole system..Well, sounds easy but it easiness made us suffer for 6 hours to just deal with the discussion and the graph plotting. I thought was just spending my half an hour to do it.Who knows, 6 hours!!! And eventually made me skipped the econs lecture...sorry Prof...it's accident!!


Jun Shiong still managed to laugh while doing this lab report...Well, we were really tired at that time...take a break and smile!!!


Other groups were also doing their stuff while waiting for the next turn for them to do the next experiment.


My first site visit...Is not a real site visit... In fact, it is World Water Monitoring Day...Is a very good learning platform for me in order to get nearer to the water resource industry in Singapore...

Quite uniquely designed!! But, I prefer the one in The Peak!!!

It's me again...Near the Kallang River bank..I think is Kallang River bank as it has many names to call...Kolam Ayer Project..what else?
haha...Forget..But, interesting!!

Reflection of HDB....The water there is still considered nice and clean...So as our assumption is quite accurate that eventually we did an experiment to test the water sample.

Bridge above the river...It's specially designed...and I am very appreciate that kind of arts...haha...


We gathered at the floating platform to wait for more information from the organisers...CEE club!!I love U!!


Remember what I studied since primary school, I still can seek this piece of memories that Archimedes screw is like that...Well, it's rare to see it...


All of us were trying to "exercise" ourselves by playing the screw and it was a really good piece of design...
I meant the river banks idea...


Another device to intro....this one is well known in some place in China....to pedal the water up and to make wine or something else....I forget already...


Rubbish trapping device...is used to trap the floating rubbish and minimise the debris perhaps...ultimate objective---> to make the river cleaner!

Fortunately, the water all we collect is safe for use!!
Because Singapore lack of fresh water, and depends on the resevoir only...Hm...perhaps, environmental Engineers have a very good prospect in this field!!


Yih Keng was dealing with the water...Testing it...and find the pH...DO....and temperature...and the clearity of the water...


Others also work hard to find the resutls...

I mistakenly test the pH with the DO reagent...But, nevermind, still consider to test the DO instead pH...

Hahaha....

What an excited week I had....But, unfortunately, I skipped a few lectures and tutorial....Really have to sorry to profs....

But, anyway, I will catch up with you guys in the lecture and tutorials....

Bluffing...No mood

Great!!!

Suddenly not in the mood!!! Why?!

I don't know and I won't go to figure it out...
Now already at midnight and I still can stay awake to blog..

It has been 9 weeks in NTU and 3 months in Singapore.....I really miss my friends and family. But, anyway, I need to be strong and tough in handling every single challenge!!

No mood...why?

No reason...this has not happen to me for a long time..I have no idea and perhaps some of my buddies will know...

Maybe, I was always forgotten by someone....


But, forget is to release the bad things in our soul...Remember is to cheer our spirit!!!

Here we go again!! Start from a new chapter of life!!

NTU gives me a lot of space to develop myself...and can find good friends here..
So, I never regret of getting into this university...
I also not forget to thank my teachers in KKHS...

Hey, Terence, if you want to come to Singapore, remember to choose NTU , and don't go for A-level...
haha...
